We source our products directly from select farms and process them in a temperature-controlled environment. Every pack is vacuum-sealed or nitrogen-flushed to preserve natural oils, crunch, and nutritional value until it reaches your doorstep.
What is the typical delivery timeframe for an order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, orlydryfruits ships within the domestic region only. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve our international customers soon. Stay tuned to our newsletter for updates.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package to initiate a replacement.
