At Orly Dry Fruits, we take pride in the quality of our premium nuts and dried fruits; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free return within 7 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of food items, products must be unopened and in their original vacuum-sealed packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Return Process

Submit clear photographs of the product packaging and the shipping label to help our quality control team verify the concern.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, place the items back in their original shipping box, ensuring the contents are secure to prevent further damage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
